4 февраля ученики 6-11 классов познакомились с Романом Геннадьевичем Харлапом – капитаном-супервайзером Boeing 787. Тема встречи – “Авиационная династия”.
Роман Геннадьевич поделился своей историей: как с детства мечтал стать пилотом, наблюдая за родителями в форме, как учился, какие навыки нужны для работы в авиации, как получают лётные права. Он подробно рассказал обо всех тонкостях профессии пилота, а после ответил на множество вопросов от учеников. Дети были по-настоящему вовлечены – слушали и использовали профессиональные авиационные термины в своих вопросах, что особенно отметил сам гость.
Такие встречи – это не просто рассказы о профессии, а возможность взглянуть на неё изнутри. Именно так приходит осознание: «Да, я хочу стать лётчиком!». Возможно, для кого-то эта встреча стала ключевым шагом к выбору будущей профессии.
Кроме того, этот формат помогает ребятам учиться быть репортёрами: они вставали, представлялись, уточняли детали, слушали не только ответы, но и вопросы других. Это важный навык – уметь не просто слушать, но и спрашивать.
Роман Геннадьевич подчеркнул, что формат подобных встреч очень ценный – заинтересованные дети, живое общение, настоящие эмоции. Именно так строится путь к осознанному выбору профессии.

On February 4, students in grades 6-11 met with Roman Gennadyevich Kharlap, a Boeing 787 supervising captain. The theme of the meeting was «Aviation Dynasty».
Roman Gennadyevich shared his story: how from childhood he dreamed of becoming a pilot, watching his parents in uniform, how he studied, what skills are needed to work in aviation, how one gets a flying license. He spoke in detail about all the intricacies of the pilot’s profession, and afterwards answered many questions from the students. The children were really engaged — they listened and used professional aviation terms in their questions, which was especially noted by the guest himself.
Such meetings are not just stories about the profession, but an opportunity to look at it from the inside. This is how one comes to realize: «Yes, I want to become a pilot!». Perhaps for some people this meeting became a key step towards choosing their future profession.
In addition, this format helps kids learn to be reporters: they stood up, introduced themselves, clarified details, listened not only to the answers, but also to the questions of others. This is an important skill — to be able not only to listen, but also to ask.
Roman Gennadyevich emphasized that the format of such meetings is very valuable — interested children, live communication, real emotions. This is how the path to an informed choice of profession is built.
