Десятиклассники NewTone прошли производственную практику в компаниях Ташкента
Двадцать десятиклассников Английской гимназии NewTone прошли пробную производственную практику на предприятиях и в организациях Ташкента. Недельная стажировка предусмотрена учебным планом старшей школы NewTone и призвана помочь будущим выпускникам в выборе профессионального пути, напомнил заместитель директора по учебной работе старшей и средней школы Сергей Сергеевич Мельников.
За два года, начиная с 10 класса, все старшеклассники проходят стажировку в общей сложности пять раз. Практика предполагает как простое наблюдение, так и включение в рабочие процессы, что дает возможность понять, подходит ли будущему выпускнику эта сфера деятельности.
В этот раз впервые ученики получили опыт наблюдения и работы там, куда раньше было довольно сложно попасть: например, в отделе кибербезопасности одного из коммерческих банков. Всего на стажировку гимназистов NewTone приняли примерно в 10 организациях. Среди них медицинская лаборатория Medion, многопрофильная компания TanGroup, ресторан Tepito, учебный центр Creators Academy, архитектурное бюро The Big Picture. Ньютоновцы также пробовали себя в HR-отделе компании M-Cosmetic, международном агентстве недвижимости Etagi Group. В качестве работодателя на время недельной практика также выступили частнопрактикующие архитектор и фотограф. Один из гимназистов знакомился изнутри с работой бригады строителей, сосредоточившись на наблюдении технологических процессов.
— Среди со-организаторов пробной практики для наших учеников есть те компании, с кем наше сотрудничество строится уже на долговременной основе. Но важно, что при организации стажировки учитывается заинтересованность самого ученика, которую он проявляет к той или иной сфере деятельности. Поэтому появляются новые направления, а значит, и новые партнеры. И мы рады их интересу к приему наших учеников к себе на стажировку, — отмечает Сергей Сергеевич.
NewTone tenth graders underwent industrial practice in Tashkent companies
Twenty tenth-graders of NewTone School have undergone a trial production internship at companies and organizations in Tashkent. The one-week internship is envisioned in the curriculum of NewTone High School and is designed to help future graduates choose a professional path, said Sergei Melnikov, deputy director for academic work at the high school and middle school.
Over the course of two years, starting in 10th grade, all high school students are interned a total of five times. The internship involves both simple observation and inclusion in work processes, which gives them the opportunity to understand whether the future graduate is suited to this area of activity.
This time, for the first time, the students got experience in observing and working in places where it had been quite difficult to get to before: for example, in the cyber security department of a commercial bank. All in all, NewTone gymnasium students were accepted for internships in about 10 organizations. Among them were the medical laboratory Medion, the multi-disciplinary company TanGroup, the restaurant Tepito, the training center Creators Academy, and the architectural bureau The Big Picture. Newtonians also tried their hand at the HR department of M-Cosmetic, an international real estate agency Etagi Group. A privately practicing architect and photographer also acted as employers for the week-long internship. One of the gymnasium students got to know the work of a construction team from the inside, focusing on observing technological processes.
— Among the co-organizers of trial internships for our apprentices are those companies with whom our cooperation is already built on a long-term basis. However, it is important that when organizing internships, the apprentice’s interest in a particular area of activity is taken into account. That is why new areas are emerging, and therefore new partners. And we are happy about their interest in accepting our students for internships, — says Sergey Sergeyevich.
