Гимназия New Tone провела первую стажировку для учителей английского языка из других школ
Первая двухдневная профессиональная стажировка для педагогов английского языка школ Ташкента прошла в гимназии New Tone. Интенсивный обмен передовым методическим опытом включал демонстрацию реальных уроков с последующей глубокой рефлексией.
Участники познакомились с методиками развития коммуникативных навыков через Speaking in Action (разговор в действии) и формат Speaking Club (разговорные практики учителей с учителями); освоили приёмы эффективной работы в парах, развития критического мышления и интеграции элементов эмоционального интеллекта в структуру урока.
Особый интерес вызвал событийный подход к обучению (Event-Based Learning), при котором учащиеся сами создают мини-проекты и творческие задания в духе peer-to-peer learning. Это когда школьники занимаются взаимным обучением, без доминирующей роли учителя как основного источника знаний.
— Важной частью программы стал системный анализ уроков в 3-8 классах. Это показало процесс согласованным и последовательным, без ненужных пауз, прыжков и повторов в программе, — отметила Зухра Ахматовна Джабриева, глава департамента английского языка New Tone.
Участники высоко оценили практическую направленность стажировки и ценность наблюдения за реализацией идей в условиях командной работы школы. Также понравились наставнический характер мероприятия и доброжелательная атмосфера, способствующая профессиональному росту.
— Уверена, стажировка дала участникам импульс для дальнейшей работы. Надеемся, это событие в целом поспособствует формированию в Ташкенте активного профессионального сообщества учителей английского языка, ориентированного на передовые практики, — добавляет Зухра Джабриева.
Администрация New Tone School планирует сделать такие стажировки регулярными, укрепляя статус гимназии как признанной площадки профессионального обмена и повышения квалификации педагогов.

New Tone Gymnasium has held the first internship for English teachers from other schools
The first two-day professional internship for English teachers of Tashkent schools was held at the New Tone Gymnasium. An intensive exchange of best methodological experience included demonstration of real lessons followed by deep reflection.
The participants got acquainted with the methods of developing communication skills through Speaking in Action (conversation in action) and the Speaking Club format (conversation practices of teachers with teachers); mastered the techniques of effective work in pairs, the development of critical thinking and the integration of elements of emotional intelligence into the structure of the lesson.
Of particular interest was the event-based learning approach, in which students produce mini-projects and creative tasks in the spirit of peer-to-peer learning. This is when schoolchildren are engaged in mutual learning, without the dominant role of the teacher as the main source of knowledge.
«An important part of the program was the systematic analysis of lessons in grades 3-8. This showed the process to be coordinated and consistent, without unnecessary pauses, jumps and repetitions in the program,» said Zukhra Akhmatovna Djabrieva, head of the English Department of New Tone.
The participants highly appreciated the practical orientation of the internship and the value of observing the implementation of ideas in the conditions of teamwork of the school. They also liked the mentoring nature of the event and the friendly atmosphere that contributes to professional growth.
«I am sure that the internship gave the participants an impetus for further work. We hope that this event will generally contribute to the formation of an active professional community of English teachers in Tashkent, focused on best practices,» adds Zukhra Djabrieva.
The administration of the New Tone School plans to make such internships regular, strengthening the status of the gymnasium as a recognized platform for professional exchange and professional development of teachers.
