Десятиклассники New Tone School прошли новый этап пробных стажировок
Менеджер отеля, гейм-дизайнер, HR-специалист и сотрудник департамента развития искусственного интеллекта — это лишь начало списка профессий, в которых удалось попробовать себя ученикам 10 класса Английской гимназии New Tone в ходе нового этапа ознакомительных стажировок в различных фирмах и организациях Ташкента. В этом перечне также логист, журналист и даже авиадиспетчер.
По завершении недельной практики ученики охотно поделились впечатлениями и рассказали о своих успехах. Многие отметили, что дни стажировки помогли развитию коммуникативных навыков, умению работать в коллективе, а также правильно распределять время, быстрее адаптироваться к новым условиям и лучше понимать ответственность в рабочей среде. Практика позволила почувствовать себя более самостоятельными и уверенными в общении с людьми.
Не все ожидания совпали с реальностью. Некоторые школьники поняли, что выбранная ими сфера деятельности или не подходит им совсем, или представление о ней было проще, чем на самом деле. Были случаи, когда стажёрам поручали задачи, которые не соответствовали их запросу, но в этом случае практиканты старались сами объяснять это руководителям практики, и те к ним прислушивались.
За два года, начиная с 10 класса, все старшеклассники New Tone проходят стажировку в общей сложности пять раз. Практика предполагает как простое наблюдение, так и включение в рабочие процессы. Пробная практика дает гимназистам полезный опыт и помогает их профессиональной ориентации и выбору дальнейшего образовательного пути.

Tenth-graders of New Tone School completed a new round of trial internships
A hotel manager, a game designer, an HR specialist and an employee of an artificial intelligence development department — this is only the beginning of the list of professions that 10th-grade students of the New Tone English Gymnasium tried during a new stage of familiarization internships at various companies and organizations in Tashkent. The list also included a logistics specialist, a journalist and even an air traffic controller.
After finishing the week-long practice, the students gladly shared their impressions and talked about their achievements. Many noted that the internship days helped develop communication skills, the ability to work as part of a team, as well as time-management, faster adaptation to new conditions, and a better understanding of responsibility in the workplace. The practice made them feel more independent and confident when interacting with people.
Not all expectations matched reality. Some students realized that the field they had chosen did not suit them at all, or that their idea of it had been simpler than the reality. There were cases when interns were assigned tasks that did not correspond to their interests, but in such situations the interns tried to explain this to their supervisors, who listened to them.
Over two years, starting in 10th grade, all senior students at New Tone take part in internships a total of five times. The internships include both simple observation and involvement in work processes. The trial practice gives gymnasium students valuable experience and helps them with professional orientation and choosing their future educational path.
