Директор NewTone приняла участие во встрече президента Узбекистана с предпринимателями
Директор Английской гимназии NewTone Элина Юнусметова на этой неделе стала участником встречи президента Республики Узбекистан Шавката Мирзиёева с представителями бизнес-сообщества. Диалог продолжался более пяти часов и был посвящён актуальным вопросам развития экономики и социальной сферы страны, в том числе отраслей здравоохранения и образования. Участниками встречи было отмечено стремление высшего руководства страны к диалогу с частным бизнесом и интерес к механизмам государственно-частного партнёрства для ускоренного развития этих сфер.
— Государство готово, например, предоставлять землю в льготную аренду для строительства детских садов и школ, особенно в тех регионах, где ощущается нехватка образовательной инфраструктуры. С учётом того, что население страны ежегодно увеличивается более чем на миллион человек, бум частного образования последних лет получит новый импульс, — написала Элина Юнусметова в своём блоге
Вместе с этим встаёт и новый вызов — обеспечение системы образования достаточным количеством квалифицированных педагогов при сохранении высокого качества обучения.
— В NewTone мы прошли этап активного роста и сегодня концентрируемся на качестве образования. Оно начинается с компетентного педагога, поэтому мы беспрерывно учимся сами. При этом мы готовы помогать качественно расти другим, делясь знаниями и опытом — всем, в чём мы видим свои точки силы, — отметила директор гимназии.
Principal of New Tone took part in the meeting of the President of Uzbekistan with entrepreneurs
This week, the principal of the New Tone English Gymnasium, Elina Yunusmetova, took part in the meeting of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev with representatives of the business community. The dialogue lasted more than five hours and was devoted to topical issues of the development of the country’s economy and social sphere, including healthcare and education. The participants of the meeting noted the desire of the country’s top leadership for dialogue with private business and interest in public-private partnership mechanisms for the accelerated development of these areas.
«The state is ready, for example, to provide land for preferential rent for the construction of kindergartens and schools, especially in those regions where there is a lack of educational infrastructure. Given the fact that the country’s population is increasing by more than a million people annually, the boom in private education in recent years will receive a new impetus,» Elina Yunusmetova wrote in her blog.
At the same time, a new challenge arises — providing the education system with a sufficient number of qualified teachers while maintaining a high quality of education.
— At New Tone, we have gone through a stage of active growth and today we are focusing on the quality of education. It starts with a competent teacher, so we are constantly learning ourselves. At the same time, we are ready to help others grow qualitatively, sharing knowledge and experience — everything in which we see our points of strength,» said the principal of the gymnasium.
