Happy New Year, NewTone! В гимназии прошла серия новогодних концертов
Ученики, их родители и учителя Английской гимназии NewTone поздравили друг друга с окончанием второй четверти и с наступающим Новым годом. Серия праздничных мероприятий была представлена сразу тремя шоу-программами — для младшей, средней и старшей школы.
Ученики начальных классов стали участниками пластичного спектакля без слов по мотивам сказки «Красавица и чудовище». Впрочем, праздник начинался ещё до самого представления — с театрализованного welcome-пространства, где родители смогли поучаствовать в интерактивном сказочном квесте: пройти по разным локациям и увидеть разные сценки из известных сказок в исполнении детей.
Ученики 4–7 классов представили концерт победителей школьного шоу талантов в формате знаменитого «Голубого огонька». Каждое выступление получило своё эксклюзивное оформление как отдельный концертный номер. А старшеклассники (8–11 классы) приготовили иммерсивное шоу по мотивам фильма «Карнавальная ночь» — с песнями, танцами, юмористическими номерами, активным участием зрителей.
Все три вечера объединили обратный отсчёт до наступления Нового года, общее исполнение песни Happy New Year и весёлая дискотека с символичным «заснеживанием» праздничного пространства.
Традиции масштабного празднования Нового года в NewTone уже много лет, и часть этой традиции — постоянная смена формата, чтобы сохранить главную идею: праздник должен оставаться сюрпризом, а не предсказуемым событием, отмечает директор гимназии Элина Артуровна Юнусметова. Ещё одна традиционная черта новогодних торжеств — активное участие детей. Для родителей всегда самое ценное — увидеть выступление своего ребёнка. Тем более что за каждым номером стоит большой труд, и его важно показать, написала директор в своем блоге.
Happy New Year, NewTone! A series of New Year’s concerts was held in the gymnasium
Students, their parents and teachers of the NewTone English Gymnasium congratulated each other on the end of the second term and on the upcoming New Year. A series of festive events was presented by three show programs at once — for elementary, middle and high school.
Primary school students became participants in a plastic performance without words based on the fairy tale «Beauty and the Beast». However, the holiday began even before the performance itself — with a theatrical welcome space, where parents were able to participate in an interactive fairy-tale quest: go to different locations and see different scenes from famous fairy tales performed by children.
Students of grades 4-7 presented a concert of the winners of the school talent show in the format of the famous «Blue Light». Each performance received its own exclusive design as a separate concert performance. And high school students (grades 8-11) prepared an immersive show based on the film «Carnival Night» — with songs, dances, humorous shows, and active participation of the audience.
All three evenings were united by a countdown to the New Year, a common performance of the song Happy New Year and a cheerful disco with a symbolic «snowing» of the festive space.
The tradition of large-scale New Year’s Eve celebrations at NewTone has been around for many years, and part of this tradition is a constant change of format in order to preserve the main idea: the holiday should remain a surprise, not a predictable event, says Elina Yunusmetova, principal of the gymnasium. Another traditional feature of New Year’s celebrations is the active participation of children. For parents, the most valuable thing is always to see their kid perform. Moreover, there is a lot of work behind each performance, and it is important to show it, the head teacher wrote in her blog.
