Культура эффективного урока: в New Tone School прошла стажировка для учителей начальных классов
Начальная школа нашей гимназии стала новой площадкой для профессионального диалога и обмена опытом по программе стажировок Образовательной мастерской New Tone.
Учителя открыли двери своих классов для коллег, чтобы показать систему работы, которая выстраивалась и совершенствовалась на протяжении многих лет. Участники двухдневной стажировки получили возможность познакомиться с целостной образовательной моделью, где каждый прием — от метода «экспертов» до работы через «учебный контракт» — направлен на глубокий образовательный результат.
— У нашей практики три акцентных направления: формирование крепкого академического фундамента, развитие самостоятельности ребенка и культура сотрудничества. На уроках это проявляется в слаженной работе детских команд и высокой включенности учеников в учебный процесс, — говорит заместитель директора гимназии по учебно-воспитательной работе в начальной школе Амина Ильдаровна Гилязиева.
По словам педагога, гости отметили удивительную осознанность учеников. Но это не случайность, а плод системного методического труда и доброжелательной атмосферы, которую ежедневно создает сплоченный коллектив начальной школы New Tone.
Профессиональное обсуждение увиденного дополнил практикум: разбирая возможности различных методик, педагоги проектировали модели собственных уроков. Учителя подошли к этому с оглядкой на вызовы XXI века — вопросы о том, как удерживать внимание современных детей, развивать в них ответственность и самостоятельность; как выстраивать урок так, чтобы он давал глубокий результат.
— Такие встречи особенно важны. Обмен опытом, профессиональный диалог, создание сообществ учителей — это то, что помогает нам вместе решать «боли» современного учителя и двигаться вперёд, — добавляет Амина Ильдаровна. — Уверены, что подобные стажировки нужно проводить чаще — чтобы объединяться, поддерживать друг друга и развивать культуру эффективного урока.
Серию стажировок для участников Образовательной мастерской New Tone в марте продолжит практическая встреча по вопросам тьюторского сопровождения в старшей школе.

Culture of an effective lesson: New Tone School held an internship for primary school teachers
The primary school of our gymnasium has become a new platform for professional dialogue and exchange of experience under the internship program of the New Tone Educational Workshop.
Teachers opened the doors of their classrooms to colleagues to show the system of work that has been built and improved over the years. The participants of the two-day internship had the opportunity to get acquainted with a holistic educational model, where each technique — from the «experts» method to working through a «study contract» — is aimed at a deep educational result.
— Our practice has three focus areas: the formation of a strong academic foundation, the development of the child’s independence, and a culture of cooperation. In the classroom, this is manifested in the well-coordinated work of children’s teams and the high involvement of students in the educational process,» says Amina Ildarovna Gilyazieva, Deputy Headmaster of the Gymnasium for Educational Work in the Primary School.
According to the teacher, the guests noted the amazing awareness of the students. But this is not an accident, but the fruit of systematic methodological work and a friendly atmosphere, which is created every day by the close-knit team of the New Tone Primary School.
The professional discussion of what they saw was complemented by the workshop: analyzing the possibilities of various methods, teachers designed models of their own lessons. Teachers approached this with an eye to the challenges of the 21st century – questions about how to keep the attention of modern children, develop responsibility and independence in them; how to build a lesson so that it gives a deep result.
«Such meetings are especially important. The exchange of experience, professional dialogue, the creation of communities of teachers — this is what helps us to solve the «pains» of a modern teacher together and move forward,» adds Amina Ildarovna. «We are sure that such internships should be held more often in order to unite, support each other and develop a culture of effective lessons.
A series of internships for the participants of the New Tone Educational Workshop will continue in March with a practical meeting on tutor support in high school.
