Педагоги NewTone подготовили пособие по организации эффективного урока в начальной школе
Методическое пособие «Эффективный урок в начальной школе», ориентированное на учителей, выпустил коллектив педагогов первой ступени Английской гимназии NewTone. Редактором издания выступила Юлия Наильевна Бурбала, также педагог начальной школы.
В книге отражен синтез различных методических подходов к организации и проведению уроков для младшеклассников: от известных сингапурских методик и адаптированных коучинговых приёмов до собственных педагогических наработок гимназии. Описанная структура урока делает его максимально эффективным, создавая условия, в которых ученики проявляют необходимую инициативу к получению новых знаний.
«Пособие написано очень конкретно и ориентировано сразу на то, чтобы его можно было взять в руки и сразу использовать в работе. В нём есть конкретные кейсы, примеры работы над ошибками — словом, всё то, что делает книгу ценным инструментом и для молодых педагогов, и для тех, кто уже давно в профессии, но хочет обновить свои уроки и сделать их ближе к сегодняшним детям и реалиям нашего времени», — отметила в своем блоге директор гимназии Элина Артуровна Юнусметова.
«Эффективный урок в начальной школе» — это уже второе издание «Авторского пространства NewTone», нового долговременного проекта для формирования и продвижения фонда учебных и методических пособий, подготовленных педагогами гимназии. Ранее сообщалось о выпуске «Методического пособия по тьюторскому сопровождению учащихся средней и старшей школы» — первой в Узбекстане методичке по тьюторству. Его автор — психолог и тьютор гимназии NewTone Ольга Валерьевна Ушакова — обобщила опыт трёх лет работы по развитию одного из самых перспективных направлений современного образования, ориентированного на индивидуализацию и поддержку образовательного пути ребёнка.

NewTone teachers have prepared a manual on organizing an effective lesson in primary school
The methodological manual «Effective Lesson in Primary School», aimed at teachers, was published by a team of teachers of the first stage of the English gymnasium NewTone. The editor of the publication was Yulia Nailyevna Burbala, also an elementary school teacher.
The book reflects the synthesis of various methodological approaches to organizing and conducting lessons for primary school students: from well-known Singaporean methods and adapted coaching techniques to the gymnasium’s own pedagogical developments. The described structure of the lesson makes it as effective as possible, creating conditions in which students show the necessary initiative to acquire new knowledge.
«The manual is written very specifically and is immediately focused on being able to take it in your hands and use it in your work. It contains specific cases, examples of working on mistakes — in short, everything that makes the book a valuable tool for both young teachers and those who have been in the profession for a long time, but want to update their lessons and make them closer to today’s children and the realities of our time,» said Elina Yunusmetova, the principal of the gymnasium, in her blog.
«An Effective Lesson in Primary School» is the second edition of the «NewTone Author’s Space», a new long-term project for the formation and promotion of a fund of educational and methodological manuals prepared by the teachers of the gymnasium. Earlier it was reported about the release of the «Methodological manual on tutor support for secondary and high school students» — the first tutoring manual in Uzbekistan. Its author, Olga Ushakova, a psychologist and tutor at the NewTone Gymnasium, summarized the experience of three years of work on the development of one of the most promising areas of modern education, focused on individualization and support of the child’s educational path.
