В гимназии NewTone названы главные задачи нового учебного года
В Английской гимназии NewTone определены ключевые задачи на новый учебный год — «Эффективный урок» и «Уважение к личности». Эти два направления получат приоритетное внимание педагогического коллектива гимназии в повседневной образовательной работе.
Тема эффективности урока для NewTone не нова: над повышением результативности преподавательской деятельности в гимназии работают уже четыре года. За это время накоплен значительный опыт, разработаны собственные методические приёмы и пособия. В октябре школа представит эти наработки на второй «Образовательной мастерской NewTone», которая снова соберёт педагогов государственных и негосударственных образовательных учреждений Ташкента, сообщила в своём блоге директор гимназии Элина Артуровна Юнусметова.
Вторая задача года — «Уважение к личности». По словам директора, она менее очевидна и требует тонкого подхода. В гимназии традиционно подчёркивают значимость каждого ребёнка, в том числе простыми приёмами: например, обращаясь к ученикам на «Вы» начиная с первого класса. Однако современные дети сталкиваются с новыми трудностями в общении со взрослыми и сверстниками, что делает тему особенно актуальной.
— Для нас принципиально важно учить детей здоровым отношениям — к себе и другим. Учить работать в команде, слышать друг друга, уживаться и сотрудничать. Это важно не только для сегодняшних школьников, но и для нашей многонациональной и многоконфессиональной страны, — подчеркнула Элина Юнусметова.
Чтобы системно подойти к решению этой задачи, в гимназии проведены педсовет, серия обсуждений и мозговых штурмов. Разработаны чек-листы и инструменты, которые позволят отслеживать продвижение в этом направлении. Очевидно, что без эффективного урока и без уважения к личности трудно представить современную школу, резюмировала директор гимназии.
NewTone Gymnasium names the main objectives of the new school year

The topic of effective lesson is not new for NewTone: the gymnasium has been working on improving the effectiveness of teaching activities for four years. During this time, significant experience has been accumulated, our own methodological techniques and manuals have been developed. In October, the school will present these developments at the second «NewTone Educational Workshop», which will again bring together teachers of state and non-state educational institutions of Tashkent, the principal of the gymnasium Elina Arturovna Yunusmetova said in her blog.
The second task of the year is «Respect for the individual». According to the head teacher, it is less obvious and requires a subtle approach. In the gymnasium, the importance of each child is traditionally emphasized, including simple techniques: for example, addressing students in a respectful manner starting from the first grade. However, modern children face new difficulties in communicating with adults and peers, which makes the topic especially relevant.
— It is fundamentally important for us to teach children healthy relationships — to themselves and others. To teach them to work in a team, to hear each other, to get along and to cooperate. This is important not only for today’s schoolchildren, but also for our multinational and multi-religious country,» Elina Yunusmetova emphasized.
In order to systematically approach the solution of this problem, a pedagogical council, a series of discussions and brainstorming sessions were held in the gymnasium. Checklists and tools have been developed that will allow you to track progress in this direction. Obviously, it is difficult to imagine a modern school without an effective lesson and without respect for the individual, the principal of the gymnasium summed up.
