В интересах учеников и их родителей: в гимназии NewTone создана объединенная служба логопедов и психологов
Тандем с доказанной эффективностью работы: это о взаимодействии психологов и логопедов — теперь в рамках общей службы психологического и логопедического сопровождения, созданной в Английской гимназии NewTone. Задача службы — продуманная и многоступенчатая системная поддержка, охватывающая все возрастные группы: от младших детсадовцев до выпускных классов гимназии. При этом служба создана не только для учеников, но и для их родителей и педагогов.
— В прошлом году мы отрабатывали модель такого взаимодействия на нулевых классах и старшей группе детского сада. Результат был очевидный и нам, и родителям: быстрая динамика развития и успешная подготовка к школе даже у детей, которым изначально было довольно трудно, — рассказала в своем блоге директор гимназии Элина Артуровна Юнусметова.
Логопеды владеют нейропрактиками и успешно применяют их на занятиях. Звуки прорабатываются и ставятся не только традиционными методами, но и через нейрогимнастику. Максимальный эффект такая компетенция показала в связке с усилиями психолога. Это укрепило руководство гимназии в решении оформить такое совместное сопровождение в полноценную службу — методическое объединение, в котором сегодня четыре психолога и два логопеда.
— Теперь они действуют сообща: помогают дошкольникам подготовиться к школе, сопровождают младших школьников в период адаптации и перехода от игры к учёбе, поддерживают подростков в их сложный возраст и, конечно, старшеклассников, которым нужно выдерживать серьёзную нагрузку подготовки к поступлению в лучшие вузы мира, — уточнила директор.
На каждом возрастном этапе команда специалистов помогает детям уверенно проходить важные периоды взросления, развивать эмоциональный интеллект, коммуникативные навыки и внутреннюю устойчивость, добавляет глава нового методобъединения, психолог Вячеслава Сергеевна Уйбикова.
На помощь службы сопровождения могут рассчитывать также родители учеников и даже учителя. Родителям специалисты могут дать опору и инструменты для выстраивания гармоничных отношений со своим ребёнком, а педагогам — профессиональную и психологическую поддержку. Это позволяет сохранять работоспособное ресурсное состояние и вдохновение в повседневной деятельности, отмечает Вячеслава Сергеевна.
— Таким образом, служба сопровождения в NewTone становится связующим звеном, которое объединяет школу, семью и самих детей, формируя здоровое и поддерживающее образовательное пространство, — подчеркивает глава методобъединения.

The task of the service is a well-thought-out and multi-stage systematic support covering all age groups: from junior kindergarteners to the final grades of the gymnasium. At the same time, the service is created not only for students, but also for their parents and teachers.
«Last year, we worked out a model of such interaction in the zero grades and the senior group of kindergarten. The result was obvious to both us and the parents: rapid dynamics of development and successful preparation for school even for children who initially found it quite difficult,» said Elina Yunusmetova, the principal of the gymnasium, in her blog.
Speech therapists are proficient in neuropractices and successfully apply them in the classroom. Sounds are worked out and staged not only by traditional methods, but also through neurogymnastics. Such competence showed the maximum effect in conjunction with the efforts of a psychologist. This strengthened the management of the gymnasium in the decision to formalize such joint support into a full-fledged service — a methodological association, which today has four psychologists and two speech therapists.
«Now they act together: they help preschoolers prepare for school, accompany younger schoolchildren in the period of adaptation and transition from play to study, support teenagers in their difficult age and, of course, high school students who need to withstand a serious burden of preparing for admission to the best universities in the world,» the head teacher specified.
At each age stage, a team of specialists helps children confidently go through important periods of growing up, develop emotional intelligence, communication skills and internal stability, adds the head of the new methodological association, psychologist Vyacheslava Sergeevna Uybikova.
Parents of students and even teachers can also count on the help of the assistance service. Specialists can provide parents with support and tools for building harmonious relationships with their child, and teachers can provide professional and psychological support. This allows you to maintain a working resource state and inspiration in everyday activities, notes Vyacheslava Sergeevna.
