Старт юбилейного года: в гимназии New Tone прозвенел первый звонок
В Английской гимназии New Tone дан официальный старт юбилейному учебному году: символический первый звонок прозвенел как кульминация традиционной праздничной линейки на школьном дворе.
Свое 10-летие наша частная школа встречает с девизом Learn. Create. Inspire. Смысловая триада отражает ключевые ценности New Tone: учиться, чтобы расширять границы познания и глубоко понимать мир; создавать, чтобы трансформировать знания в реальные проекты, улучшающие мир вокруг; вдохновлять, чтобы зажигать других собственным примером и стремлением к совершенству.
За прошедшие 10 лет в гимназии многое поменялось, но есть вещи, которые остаются неизменными, отметила в своем приветственном слове директор школы Элина Юнусметова. В New Tone School по-прежнему почётно хорошо учиться, принято работать на результат, а дисциплина созвучна с уважением к личности ребёнка.
— Мы хотим, чтобы рядом с детьми были сильные, интересные взрослые — люди, у которых хочется чему-то научиться. И мы хотим создавать такую среду, из которой ребёнку однажды предстоит выйти в большой мир и сказать: «Я умею думать. Я умею учиться. Я умею работать. Я знаю, что могу расти дальше», — подчеркнула Элина Артуровна.
Живое воплощение истории школы — её старшеклассники. Именно по ним сегодня особенно хорошо видно, зачем нужна школа и что образование — это на самом деле не сумма полученных знаний. «Это сотни маленьких вещей, которые за один год почти незаметны, но за десять лет складываются в человека», — напомнила Элина Юнусметова.
Первый в новом учебном году урок — Урок счастья — тоже часть традиции. В педагогической концепции New Tone этот час посвящён настрою на продуктивную работу с желанием узнавать новое и без страха перед ошибками.

The anniversary year begins: New Tone Gymnasium rings the first bell
The English Gymnasium New Tone officially launched its anniversary school year today: a symbolic first bell rang as the climax of the traditional celebratory assembly in the schoolyard.
Our private school celebrates its 10th anniversary under the motto Learn. Create. Inspire. The three-part slogan reflects New Tone’s core values: to learn, expanding the boundaries of knowledge and developing a deep understanding of the world; to create, turning knowledge into real projects that improve the world around us; and to inspire, igniting others by example and a commitment to excellence.
“Many things have changed at the gymnasium over the past ten years, but some things remain the same,” said the school principal, Elina Yunusmetova, in her welcoming address. At New Tone School, academic achievement is still a source of pride, working toward results is expected, and discipline goes hand in hand with respect for the child as an individual.
“We want our children to be surrounded by strong, interesting adults — people from whom they want to learn. And we want to create an environment that will prepare a child to go out into the big world one day and say: ‘I know how to think. I know how to learn. I know how to work. I know I can keep growing,’” emphasized Elina Arturovna.
The school’s older students are a living embodiment of its history. It is especially visible in them today why school is needed and that education is more than the sum of facts learned. “It’s hundreds of small things that are hardly noticeable over a single year, but that add up to form a person over ten years,” Elina Yunusmetova reminded the audience.
The first lesson of the new school year — the Lesson of Happiness — is also part of the tradition. In New Tone’s pedagogical concept, this hour is devoted to setting a positive tone for productive work, fostering a desire to learn, and removing the fear of making mistakes.
