Учится не только ученик, но и школа: администраторы New Tone на Слёте лидеров образования — 2026
Команда администраторов Английской гимназии New Tone приняла участие в Слёте лидеров образования — 2026, проходившем в сентябре в Красноярске. Мероприятие объединило руководителей, экспертов и разработчиков передовых педагогических практик из России и стран Центральной Азии.
Для New Tone подобные поездки — это не только посещение профильных сессий и обмен контактами. Главная цель — непрерывное развитие управленческой и педагогической системы школы. В ходе слёта команда открывала и изучала новые подходы к образованию, знакомилась с особенностями образовательного процесса других частных школах и анализировала успешные кейсы коллег.
— Философия New Tone исключает слепое копирование чужих моделей. Любой опыт проходит через призму адаптации: что-то внедряется сразу, что-то трансформируется под задачи школы, а отдельные идеи заставляют пересмотреть привычные регламенты, — отмечает Марина Кислицына, педагог гимназии и участник слёта.
Команда New Tone вернулась из Красноярска с пакетом прикладных идей и решений, которые будут поэтапно интегрированы в жизнь школы. Ведь качественное развитие образовательной среды всегда начинается с развития тех, кто её создаёт.
Напомним, в прошлом учебном году деятельность педагогов Английской гимназии New Tone стала призовой по итогам первого конкурса лучших практик для развития детской и подростковой субъектности, который был организован международным образовательным сообществом «Большой поток». Награда присуждена в ключевой для New Tone School номинации «Командная работа».
Not only students learn: New Tone administrators attend the Education Leaders Summit 2026
The administrative team of New Tone School took part in the Education Leaders Summit 2026, held in Krasnoyarsk in September. The event brought together school leaders, experts, and developers of advanced educational practices from Russia and Central Asian countries.
For New Tone, such trips are not merely an opportunity to attend professional sessions and exchange contacts. Their main purpose is the continuous development of the school’s management and teaching system. During the summit, the team explored and studied new approaches to education, learned about the specifics of the educational process in other private schools, and analysed successful cases presented by their colleagues.
“New Tone’s philosophy rules out blindly copying other people’s models. Every new experience is evaluated through the lens of adaptation: some ideas are implemented immediately, others are transformed to meet the school’s needs, while certain approaches prompt us to reconsider our usual procedures,” says Marina Kislitsyna, a teacher at the gymnasium and a summit participant.
The New Tone team returned from Krasnoyarsk with a range of practical ideas and solutions that will gradually be integrated into the life of the school. After all, meaningful development of the educational environment always begins with the development of those who create it.
It is worth noting that last academic year, the work of the teachers at New Tone English Gymnasium received an award in the first competition for best practices aimed at developing children’s and adolescents’ agency. The competition was organised by the international educational community Bolshoy Potok. The award was presented in a category that is central to New Tone School “Teamwork.”
